Our Director of Culinary Innovation has over two decades of experience as a Corporate Chef and is used as a resource internally and by our customers for direction and insight. By combining a working knowledge of various cuisines and food trends at all levels (fine dining, restaurant, food industry, retail, etc.) with an understanding of what our customers are trying to accomplish, we are able to create flavor profiles that are usable and relevant today.
